Kemu's services are offered exclusively to professional clients: freelancers, companies, associations and public bodies acting in the course of their business. No service is sold to consumers within the meaning of the French consumer code.

The consumer mediation scheme provided for in articles L611-1 and following of the French consumer code therefore does not apply. A professional client facing a dispute is invited to write to contact@kemu.re: an amicable solution will be sought first.
